Most people who draw their OCs (Original Characters) have the problem of their OCs demanding to be drawn. Ie: They'll be working on something and suddenly, POOF! they'll get an image or idea for their OC and it just gets stuck there to the point where they can draw nothing else. Imo, this is not a bad thing....

Because my OCs are bastards.

They HATE to be drawn. Case and point:

1) I know what Kaeis looks like down to minute detail. I know what he wears, but every time I sit down to draw it, my mind goes blank. Utterly. Blank. Nothing is there, nothing comes out. I am simply NOT capable of drawing the grouch.

2) I used to have to threaten Homiko with skimpy clothing. Once, I threatened a bikini. Didn't have problems after that. Last month, I drew 2 Homiko chibis in less than 2 days. My itunes then proceeded to play nothing but songs about murder, death, and missing women. I had no idea I had so many such songs on my list. Epiphany from the Sweeney Todd soundtrack had to have played 5 times. Its my preferred song of choice when in a bad mood.... but something about listening to "We all deserve to die" while you're feeling your OC is threatening you because you're drawing her is not a good thing.

And now I'm trying to draw Ari, Homiko's daughter. I swear, if something celtic isn't playing, I can't make progress. Everything turns out horrible. And apparently, she likes Delirium.
